AUTHENTIC  WINERY

The Melnik hotel winery has been built similar to the authentic Melnik cellars.It is located in a peculiar crypt carved into the sand pyramids immersed in the atmosphere of the traditional Bulgarian life and culture.Here you can taste a various selection of local white and red wine.The winery offers the famous  WIDE MELNIC VINE wine.This sort of grapes was imported in the 16^th century from Syria and is grown only in the Melnik region.WIDE MELNIK VINE is a specific sort due to which light red wine is produced with tart taste.It has attracted tourists and wine-lovers from all over the world for ages.
